Raisins are the dried fruit of the vine. Raisins of different colours (black, brown, red, yellow, green) are available on the market. They contain a high concentration of sugars and vitamins B, C, E, anthocyanins, calcium, copper, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium, potassium, carbohydrates, fibre and linoleic acid. They contain no fat and are easily digestible.
